East Side Costa Mesa is a charming area of Costa Mesa with beautiful tree lined streets, and charming homes. Located on the border of Newport Beach, east side Costa Mesa is a great place to live. Enjoy the beach weather and cool ocean breezes. East side Costa Mesa is walking distance to shopping and dining. Costa Mesa has many older homes and craftsman style homes as well, there is definite charm to this area that attract many home owners, residents and buyers seek out this area.
The school district is great, and many of the kids in the homes in East Side Costa Mesa attend Mariners Elementary School which is an award winning school.
