Balboa Island is an area of Newport Beach which features luxury homes and duplexes. The island actually consists of three islands, the main island, the little island and Collins Island.

Currently, there are 29 active listings on Balboa Island. Balboa Island is a spectacular place to live featuring bayfront homes, as well as interior homes on streets all named after semi-precious stones including Jade, Pearl, and Saphire to name a few. There is a main street (named Marine) on Balboa Island which has many local shops and restaurants. Most of the locals travel around Balboa Island on golf carts (or definitely smaller cars). Balboa Island is a charming and unique area of Newport Beach.

Balboa Island has always been a great place to live, just love hopping on the ferry on a bike and cruising the boardwalk in Newport Beach. It truly cant beat beat for beach cities in Orange County.
