Sharon,

Very nice looking investment properties but as all of your homes in that area these are expensive. Out of curiousity how much rental income per month could one hope to get? I hope you get a client from your advertising these units.

Sharon,

I hope your open house goes well; I hope you get qualified clients on both of these units soon. I did love Catalina so cool. Not sure I could live there full time but definitely a great place.

Sharon, I always enjoy your photos and would love to live there. We just got back from the Coast and it was so fun. I miss the Pacific Coast and all my old haunts. Beautiful condos.....hope you sell them fast! Have a beautiful evening.

Sharon

These appear to be pretty good opportunities given the location and the amenities nearby.

Hi Tony and Darcy - yes the owner did a fabulous job completely re-doing them. And they are in a great location.

Hi Charles-  thank you so much - yes it is a gorgeous area, and thanks for stopping by.

HI Bob - great question - if someone were to do weekly rentals in a property such as this - $3000 to $3200 per week. And monthly rental would probably yield the same. This is an approximation.

HI Yolanda - I hope so as well - I made home made minestrone soup with parmesean and bread to serve lunch. Yes Catalina is awesome, but short term I think too.

HI jeff - I think so as well, and think that these would be ideal weekly rental properties (at least during summer months).
