Sharon,
Your absorption rate is pretty good. I think that area has not been as affected as much it seems the homes just stay on the market longer. Is that true?
Hi Yolanda - the absorption rate is not bad with only 3 months of inventory, however the prices have softened. Some properties do stay on market especially with sellers who are unrealistic.
Sharon,
Looks like a beautiful place to live. Not a large number of homes available and number of months of homes supply is pretty low. How have the prices gone up or down?
HI Bob - the prices have definitely softened in the past few years, and a good time to buy.
I cant stop looking a that gorgeous picture. What a great way to enhance your Newport Shores homes market update, Sharon.

What a wonderful community, and you showcase it so well. That 's a pretty low absorption rate. Any guesses as to why?

HI Janee - thanks very much - we really get beautiful sunsets here.
HI Jeff - yes - the inventory in general is low. Houses typically move every month in this neighborhood, and this part of Newport has become more affordable.

Sharon - Great real estate market report for Newport Shores and I'm not shocked that it's a sellers market.
