Cameo Shores in Corona del Mar is a highly sought after community of homes located in Corona del Mar. The neighborhood was designed to be terraced so that all the homes maintain their spectacular ocean views and Catalina Island views (with the exception of the uppermost street). And also for the home owners in Cameo Highlands to have ocean views as well. Cameo Shores is definitely the luxury market in Corona del Mar. The average list price per square foot is $2166.62 and the price per square foot, in my opinion is that price point because a few of the properties which are listed for are ocean front. These ocean front properties in Cameo Shores are very coveted, with incredible views, and I believe that is the reason for the higher price per square foot. The sales price per square foot over the past one year has been $1083.06 which is roughly half.

Hi Bob - yes $2000 a square foot - I believe much of it is the location, and some of the homes are perched upon a cliff with forever views.
