That sounds like a great place to live are all the properties there in the 8 million dollar range? I think they way they are building new developments now to optimize the ocean views is terrific! I heard a realestate analyst say recently too bad they cannot build more California coastline.
I haven't heard of Cameo Shores before. Seems like a great community and unusual to have private beaches.
