Lido Sands in Newport Beach – Market Update
Lido Sands is a gated development with 82 homes located on the west side of Newport Beach. Lido Sands is walking distance to one of the finest beaches in Newport Beach.
Lido Sands is a sought after, beach style community. Lido Sands has reasonable association fees, Lido Sands originally offered three different home plans. Many of these homes have been remodeled. All the patios of the homes in Lido Sands lead to an Estrada which is a landscaped walkway between the row of homes, and the pool and recreation center. The recreation center has a pool, and playground equipment. There are two streets that make up the Lido Sands community are Lido Sands Drive and River Avenue. A benefit of living in Lido Sands, is that the utilities have recently been put underground so there are no more unsightly overhead utility poles.
Lido Sands is located on the West Side of Newport Beach.
There was one sale last year in Lido Sands in July for 1,162,000, and the most recent sale was last month at $1,120,000 in January, 2011.
