This tuscan style community in Newport Coast was built by Taylor Woodrow Homes in 1996.  Altezza in Newport Coast is a gated community and has approximately 110 condos.

There are  five different floor plans and the square footage ranges from approximately 1610 to 2735 square feet.  The condos either have two or three car garages, and the condos have three bedrooms.

This shows what a nice subdivision Altezza really is!  I love the Southern California developments and architecture.  I lived there 5 years.
