Sharon ... Looks like a nice condo home with view at 1325.5 West Bay Avenue. Best wishes for your listing and sale.
HI Harrison - it is a really nice place and I have it open this Sunday. Hopefully you can bring a buyer!
Sharon, what a great listing!! I love the idea of a roof top deck. I would be spending every evening I could watching the sunsets. Good luck on your open house this weekend.
Sharon,
I lived in Newport Beach in the 1960's while attending Orange Coast College. Great place in all the world to live. I remember using that little 3-car ferry running from Balboa to Pacific Coast Hwy. I also remember being scared of the little ferris wheel at the ferry dock in Balboa--that was 1950!
Beautiful condo!
Cheers,
Just think, Ted, if you had stayed and purchased some property!! I remember my parents were going to settle in Oceanside, the cost of homes near the water were $14,000...they settled for Inland Empire where homes were $10,000. Ugh... Could have grown up at the beach!! :) Great listing.
