Hi Sharon,

East side Costa Mesa, very nice, this one looks like a beach cottage. My sister lives on the east side and is getting close to buying again. She calls me when she's out for a walk/jog on week-end to check out homes for her.

Heading to Costa Mesa myself shortly, opening day you know at the OC Fair. It's a family tradition for us, some to to opening day at the ball park, we go to opening day at the fair each year. I'd imagine all that exposure could also help your open house, good luck!
