Campobello in Newport Coast – Market Update

October 1, 2010 to April 1, 2011

Campobello is a gated community which is located in Newport Coast. There are 89 homes and they were originally built between 1997 and 1999 by California Pacific Homes. Campobello in Newport Coast has five different floor plans up to approximately 2500 square feet. The largest floor plan has four bedrooms, and the others have three bedrooms. All the floor plans have 2.5 bathrooms. The floor plans in these Newport Coast homes are open and bright, with vaulted ceilings, the homes have a very open feel to them. These Newport Coast homes have two car garages. Many of these homes do offer city and ocean views as well.

Campobello in Newport Coast is located off  Ridge Park Road.

Currently, there are five active listings on the market, and there has been one sale since October 1, 2010, and that sale was a short sale.

Pelican Point is located in Newport Coast and is on the ocean side of Coast Highway. Pelican Point is a community of approximately 55 home and is bordered by the Pelican Hill golf course. Many of these homes have spectacular ocean views, and Catalina Island views. There are still lots available to build as well.

There are approximately 168 condos in the builder tract, and there are six different floor plans. The square footage for the condos range in size from 1094 square feet to 1742 square feet. There are two floor plans which offer three bedrooms, and the other floor plans have two bedrooms.

Trovare in Newport Coast was orignally built  from 1994 to 1996. Some of the condos do have ocean views, and there are some which have city lights and mountain views. Trovare offers a salt water private pool, spa, and fireplace for community  gatherings. Trovare has private tennis courts for the sports enthusiast.

Currently, there is one active listing, two in back up, and there has been one sale since September 1, 2010 which was on Sorrento, and it sold for $565,000.

There are tennis courts, heated pool and fireplace to enjoy the California climate in Newport Coast. Trovare is located close to upscale shopping, dining and close proximity to the beach.

Trovare offers a private pool, spa, and fireplace for community  gatherings. Also, Trovare has private tennis courts for the sports enthusiast. There are attached two car garages as well.

The properties in Trovare has two car attached garages as well.

Trovare in Newport Coast is located in the Newport Mesa School District, and the public elementary school is the Newport Coast Elementary School. The middle and high school that the children of this area attend is Corona del Mar High School which goes from 7th grade through 12th grade.
