Laguna Beach, CA Luxury Million Dollar Listings

Laguna Beach is a highly sought after community and is home to some of the priciest real estate in Orange County. There are ocean front homes, and the coastline in Laguna Beach is stunning. The beaches in Laguna Beach offer a variety of beautiful areas to visit, and of course, reside.

Laguna Beach coastline

There are beautiful Laguna Beach homes on the hill side which do have panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island, and in fact many do have white water views. Laguna Beach has many private communities including Emerald Bay, and Lagunita which is on south Laguna with homes that are right on the sand. There is also 1000 Steps Beach in south Laguna, and although it feels like there are 1000 steps – I have actually counted, and believe it is less than 300. None the less, 1000 Steps Beach is stunning. And of course Victoria Beach is another beach to visit.

The lifestyle in Laguna Beach is amazing. Downtown Laguna Beach offers something for everyone. There are beautiful art galleries, up scale shopping and dining, and unique boutiques. It is a pedestrian style area and very enjoyable to sip your coffee while perusing the amazing art. And walk across the street to visit Main Beach, and enjoy the beautiful California coastline. Some of the restaurants and hotels sit right along the coastline. The Surf and Sand is a beautiful hotel, and literally the waves crash right up against the building.

There are many homes in excess of a million dollars in Laguna Beach. Whether you are considering a custom built home with a sit down ocean view, or a home near the beach, Laguna Beach offers something for everyone.

With the reduction in mortgage rates, as well as home price reductions and values giving way, Laguna Beach has become more affordable, and the ability to find a home you are considering with everything you have desired has become more feasible. If you are considering making an investment in Laguna Beach Real Estate, now is the time to consider purchasing your Laguna Beach home.

So take a look at some of Laguna Beach homes for sale, starting at around $1,000,000. You will be amazed!

Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach

Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach

Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach

Victoria Beach is located down from Victoria Street off Coast Highway in South Laguna Beach. It is a beautiful beach and private location which and a great place to explore, swim, and skim board. It is very close to the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach.

Victoria Beach does have public access off Victoria, and it is a fairly easy walk down the stairs, definitely not as steep as 1000 Steps Beach in Laguna Beach. Victoria Beach does have a very nice sandy beach, and there is an on shore break, and rip tides do come up occasionally. It can be treacherous if there is larger surf or high tide. It is always recommended to swim near a lifeguard.

Victoria Beach does not have public facilities on the beach. Victoria Beach is a marine protected area to not disturb the tide pools.

Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach

It is a pretty interesting beach however, because if you hike across the rocks, there is an old light tower, and a sea water pool which was constructed some time ago. The pool fills with the ocean when the tide is high. Use caution and monitor the tides.

The Light House on Victoria Beach is pretty interesting to see and definitely to photograph. It was pretty overcast yesterday as you can tell by the photos.

Victoria Beach has tide pools to explore and discover sea creatures.

Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach

It is a beautiful beach, and does have homes located in the area. There is also a private gated area called Lagunita and the residents of Lagunita utilize Victoria Beach as well. There is no private parking, so if you are intending to visit Victoria Beach, then it would be best to arrive early so you can secure parking. You may have a walk ahead of you, but I think it is worth it.
