I Love My Real Estate Profession Because . . .
I am writing this post in response to Sally Cheeseman's post titled I LOVE My REAL Estate Profession Because....... (Challenge) challenge this morning about why I love my real estate profession.
I have many reasons for loving the position I have now, and they are as follows:

- I love to help people. I am empathetic by nature as a person, and I get satisfaction out of helping people.
I take the time to learn something new each day, and know that I have the ability to learn something new each day! I love to read and take the time to read every day.
- I have the opportunity to meet new and and interesting people each day.
I work with a great team at Prudential California Realty in Newport Beach, and am grateful for my many friends I have there. The agents offer to help if you need it, or a sounding board if you need that.
I have flexibility with my job, I create my own schedule. Sometimes that works to my detriment as I tend to over commit (still working on that).
I can schedule time for myself (which is needed for all of us in this business - we all need a balance of work, rest and play).
I love to create unique and different looking documents (printed) and articles on-line. (must be the artsy person in me).
I love helping clients find their new home. Nothing is more exciting than helping a first time home buyer find their home. And even better is when your clients become your friends!
I am grateful that I live and work in such a beautiful area. Every week - I have the opportunity to preview new homes that are on the market, and it is a privilege to see some of these homes.
I love the business aspect of Real Estate, and strive to be a professional in all areas, communicate with my peers, clients and prospects.
My career in Real Estate helped me find Active Rain,
I am in this business for the long haul, and just adjust my thinking depending upon what is happening around us. It is important to remember that the glass is half full . . .
I am tagging Kat Delong and Kim Kelley.
Thanks Sally for your post today, as it is a reminder of why I am in the Real Estate Profession!!!
