Newport Beach has a variety of different gated communities. There are a number of different communities including Big Canyon in Newport Beach, Belcourt in Newport Beach, Lido Sands, and Linda Isle. The HOA dues varyfrom community to community, and may cover landscaping and grounds maintenance for example. When purchasing a Newport Beach home for sale, an important consideration is what the HOA covers, and what is the home owner's responsibility.
